Really??? >>> NO! 

That's not as easy as the saying "Let Go!"
It doesn't feel nice for being a spare tyre.
Meaning that you will only be visible when you are needed.
Some people won't appreciate what you've done. 

What you say is not that important.

It's obvious.

* Some people find you because they care about you, they need you, they appreciate you and you'll feel their love.

 * Some people will only find you because they have no choice. Only you can help them.

Consequently, you'll always be dumped or put aside by this kind of people.

You'll feel like you are a tool.

After used, you are thrown somewhere else. 

It's really annoying when you know that you're being used but 

you still have to appear when you're needed again.  

There is no need for you to talk too much to them. 

BECAUSE...

They will start to ignore what you've said and talk their own things.
It's really annoying if you experience the same thing also.
People want you to listen to them.
Okay, it's fine.
I can listen to whatever you say. Indeed, I'm a good listener, I admit that.
But, when it comes to your turn to speak, is there anyone that really listens to you? 

Is that really that hard for people to respond to what you've said? 

Even a simple, short yes or no is a reply also.

What can we do? Our strengths are limited. 

This is life. This is human. Don't expect others to change for you.

However, there is/are always someone who will listen to you.

It's so nice to have such person(s) in your life. 

So, appreciate him/her/ them.

Actually, I'm stressed with assignments and exams.

God is Great, All the Time~ ♥

Few weeks ago, in the church, my mum showed me a very awesome short story from one of her prayer books. After reading the story, I felt really good because I realize that God is always by my side. 

 

So, I'll like to share with you all the amazing and beautiful story by Mary Stevenson (1984). 

 It is indeed a very inspiring story, which reminds us that 

God is always with us,

 everyday, 

every hour,

 every minute,  

every second, 

and 

till the end... 

 

FOOTPRINTS IN THE SAND 

(The Footprint Prayer)

One night I dreamed I was walking along the beach 

with the Lord.
Many scenes from my life flashed across the sky.
In each scene I noticed footprints in the sand.
Sometimes there were two sets of footprints.
Other times there were one set of footprints.
This bothered me because I noticed that 

during the low periods of my life
when I was suffering from anguish, sorrow, or defeat,
I could see only one set of footprints,
 

so I said to the Lord,
"You promised me, Lord, that if I followed You, 

You would walk with me always.
But I noticed that during the most trying periods of my life 

there have only been one set of prints in the sand.
WHY, WHEN I HAVE NEEDED YOU MOST, 

YOU HAVE NOT BEEN THERE FOR ME?"

The Lord replied, 
"THE TIMES WHEN YOU HAVE SEEN ONLY ONE SET OF FOOTPRINTS IS WHEN I CARRIED YOU."

 

   

 

So, how's the story??? It's nice right?

 If you really read it, you'll get the message.

 

When we go through our tough times, we will always find that there is only "a set of footprints in the sand".

Most of us will think that God has abandoned us and we are alone during our times of sorrow and pain.

However, that's not true!

God will never leave us.

We are the one who has lost faith in HIM. 

 We should know that God WALKS with us all the time. 

HE never gives up on us.

During our hardest times,

HE CARRIES us,

gives us strength and courage,

energy and power,

so that we are able to stand again!

So, in times of need, 

we should really look back,

see the footprints in the sand 

to realize that 

God IS, HAS, and WILL always be with us.

Forget the past, today my life begins.

Do not hide your true side, 

throw away your shell,

because one day, your true side will be revealed.

When you've revealed someone's true "character",

you will feel disappointed,

Perhaps, you'll be emotionally at rock bottom.

But, bear in mind! 

You can't do anything. 

You can't alter the real situation!

It's a FACT!

Do not cry,

because

people will only laugh at you.

It's not the end of the world yet.

The Earth is still rotating, and 

the Sun still rises in the East.

You should be glad,

because 

"IT'S NEVER TOO LATE"

Well, people used to tell me，

"Don't worry, there are always ways out there".

Yea, there are! 

So, just forget about it!

You should learn to control your emotion if you've revealed someone else's true (bad) character.

Hence, choosing not to confront someone face-to-face is a great decision!

 当你跌到谷底时，

你只能往上， 

不能往下！

 Do not do the same BAD things that you'll do to others to someone else!

You will definitely know if someone do so.

Maybe, because of the "sixth sense"? 

Perhaps, you've seen what they've done to others. 

That's why you'll know.

Someone might not realize that you could actually hear their nasty conversations about you.

They didn't realize that your distance is not that far actually.

So, of course, you can hear it consciously.

Otherwise, people will call you "deaf".

Maybe, they said it on purpose. 

Maybe, they attempted to hurt you.

Or maybe, they really can't stop talking bad words about other people, even simple thing.

So many maybe...

But, the problem is ... 

they never realize that they are wrong.

Some people think that whatever they think and say is right and want you to agree and follow them (dominates everything).

Some people can really speak convincingly. (*Applause*)

That's why they can brainwash other people.

 Anyway, it's very childish.

Each and everyone of us have our own opinions and thoughts.

So, please respect us! 

Sometimes, you wish that you would not know that much about what other people thinks about you. 

But, this is something not too bad actually.

You have to accept it. 

Try to think positively. 

HE wants you to grow. 

 Maybe, it signals you to get farther,

as far as possible from someone, 

before something even worse happen. 

Do not hate the one who hurts you.

Instead, you should thanks him or her, 

for bringing you up a level higher.

Do not say something childish and weird to attract peoples' attention.

Some people are lacked of confidence and attention. 

That's why they'll find all sorts of alternatives to be the central one.

They will say something weird and rude

(for them, maybe special and funny), so that they'll be the center point.

At the same time, in front of you, they like to point on the childishness of other people.

When you meet these people, 

don't get mad.

Just try your best to "cooperate" with them.  

How to cooperate? 

That's simple and easy!!!

What you need to do is just listen, listen and listen.

  Do not think that you are always the important person to everyone.

Some people like to say, 

"Without me, you could not bla bla bla",  

"Without me, you'll have no fun", 

"Without me, you're alone",

"Without me, you're nothing"

and etc. 

People who like to say these actually has "fake" confidence.  

 In other words, "They've thought too much".

 We have to accept us for who we are.

So, if you face any obstacles,

do not seek help from such people,

do not give them illusory thought that they are the mighty one,

Do not worry, 

be tough, 

as you will always find a way without someone.

Do not say that you are not this (or that) kind of person.

...if you are. 

Someone might be a good and pro "hider" or actor.

So, others might not know that he or she is putting up an orchestra.

You might think that someone is good  

but it's actually the other way round.

 You're under delusion.

But, most importantly, 

one day, when you're aware that someone is just acting, 

do not tear off the mask off his or her face, 

as it'll only show how stupid you are!

Do not praise yourself,

Do not tell people how good you are,

Do not be too proud of yourself,

Do not show off,

Do not think that you are everything,

Do not act as if you were high and mighty,  

Do not blow your own trumpet,

because nobody is perfect.

You'll never know when you'll "fall".

Some people like to walk around singing how good they are!  

Some people like to show off their property.

They didn't realize that everything around them now is not theirs. 

Maybe, they are. But, they use zero effort to get them!

They think that they are independent, but... they're NOT!

So, just let them~

You only need to tell yourself

"他是酱的~"

 We know that we are all the gift from HIM,

We are SAME. 

So, we need to be humble. 

Do not make fun of others just to please the other one.

Do not get close to someone just to benefit yourself. 

Otherwise, you are a liar and a hypocrite.

If you meet such people, 

be wise,

do not fall into their traps,

 do not be their tool.

 

Do not emphasize, repeat and tell the world that you've failed to do something.

This will only show how weak you are.

People won't compliment you on that. 

Some people might want others think that they are weak and seek sympathy from them.

Actually, everything they do (did) shows that they are lacked of love, attention and confidence.

They might still think that they are right.

They might start stabbing other people again and again, once their personalities are revealed.

However, it's alright. 

If they're happy in doing that, just let them go on with it. 

***Are you the type of person that I've described above? ***

Sit back, relax, and start reflecting about it. 

Have you ever talk about or do something really bad to the people around you now? 

Perhaps, you used to and now, you still gossip terribly about them. 

Don't you feel sorry for them? 

If you ever said something bad about them, you can stop it right now. 

Because now, you can already ACCEPT them for who they are, that's why you'll join them.

Some people have this habit. 

No matter how close is a particular person to you, 

you'll still say something bad about him or her. 

You will turn to the person to say something bad about 

the other person and vice versa.

If you did so, I could say 

“你这种人太可怕了吧".

That's why you'll know if the people around you  

do the same thing on you!

Some people do not care about other peoples' feelings.

They said whatever they want!

You know what?

Sometimes, you need to "filter" your speech.

I'm proud to be born in my family, 

in my hometown, 

♥ SARIKEI ♥

I'm really proud of it. 

I really felt unpleasant when people said something bad about it.

You'll never know how nice, how warm is this place,  

 because you are not born here.

I've stayed in Sarikei for almost 22 years already, 

that's why I know!

YOU CAN'T JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER.

Same concept applies here.  

You can't judge a place by it's appearance. 

You will never know how happy and blessed am I, 

to be born in my family, 

in my hometown, 

until the day you're born there

(if you could turn into a baby, squeeze back to your mother's womb and ask your parents to "migrate" to Sarikei)

"NO ONE CAN CHOOSE WHERE HE/SHE IS BORN"

So, please stop being childish and criticizing other peoples' hometown.  

Anyway, do not be afraid to be yourself. 

do not do something just to please others, 

because it's very hard to please everyone. 

So, I won't do anything to please you and others too. 

Although there are many weirdos (maybe I'm one of them), 

I really appreciate those who are always there, 

lending their ears to me. 

Really thanks. 

Praise the Lord for sending such (nice) people to my side.
